How much does delivery cost?

Delivery for Mainland UK orders are £7.50 for the first item and then £3 for each additional item.

Delivery for N. Ireland and Channel Island orders are £11.50 for the first item and then £3 for each additional item.

Why is delivery more expensive for N. Ireland and Channel Island customers

We have more than 1 warehouse and use different shipping methods depending on the customers' address. We mainly use City Link to courier to UK Mainland addresses - however, they are not cost effective to use directly when sending to N. Ireland or the Channel Islands. In these circumstances we ship from one warehouse to the next and then we use Royal Mail Recorded delivery. We have found this to be the most cost effective means of transport, keeping prices as low as possible.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Most in stock items will be despatched within 24/48hrs via next day delivery. Some other items have a 2-5 day dispatch time. In the unlikely event an item is not in stock, we will dispatch the item as soon as possible which may take up to 14 days.

What is your returns policy?

SA Solutions' returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, SA Solutions will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 30 day period, after inspection of the goods SA Solutions will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods will return them to the purchaser.

How long will it take to refund me?

Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund:

Please allow 3 working days from receipt of your returns form, for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent).

If you paid via your PayPal account, the refund will be instantanious when we process it. However, if you paid by credit/debit card, after receiving the return confirmation email please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your card account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

How long will it take you to answer my email?

We endeavour to respond to any emails we have been sent within 24 hours. Due to the large volume of emails we receive on a daily basis, a response may sometimes take a little longer to come back to you but we do answer any emails we receive as soon as possible.
