| Why is delivery more expensive for N. Ireland and Channel Island customers |

We have more than 1 warehouse and use different shipping methods depending on the customers' address. We mainly use City Link to courier to UK Mainland addresses - however, they are not cost effective to use directly when sending to N. Ireland or the Channel Islands. In these circumstances we ship from one warehouse to the next and then we use Royal Mail Recorded delivery. We have found this to be the most cost effective means of transport, keeping prices as low as possible. |
