SA Solutions' returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, SA Solutions will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 30 day period, after inspection of the goods SA Solutions will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods will return them to the purchaser. To arrange to return goods, YOU MUST USE OUR RETURNS FORM.
