Returns Policy
SA Solutions' returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date, SA Solutions will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 30 day period, after inspection of the goods SA Solutions will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods, we will return them to the purchaser. If you require a refund for no obvious reason (i.e. a fault), we will refund the cost of the goods, minus administration costs of £15.

To arrange to return goods, YOU MUST USE OUR RETURNS FORM.

When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.

At SA Solutions we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facility set out below.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. SA Solutions will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.

If an item is faulty, on delivery, do not sign for them (if appropriate), or simply contact us  and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. This facility is open during normal office hours Monday to Friday only. Any customer seeking a refund for postage and packing or not wishing to pay for the return of faulty or damaged goods will need to contact us. Carriage costs will be displayed at the checkout prior to paying for the goods. We are not responsible for damage to items, from wear & tear and cannot refund or exchange goods in these circumstances - As we cannot recover the cost from our suppliers.
